Kim Dales has provided this neighborhood real estate activity report for the month of June:
June active listings in Laurelhurst were down this year from the same time last year: 4 versus 19 in June of 2019. Both pending and sold listings were down considerably from June 2019. Median sales price was up about $120,000, but days on market increased from just 15 days in June of 2019 to 52 days this June. This increase in median sales price and days on market was primarily due to a waterfront property that was on the market for 261 days.
