The Laurelhurst Community Center is offering a STEM enrichment program every Wednesday this month from 3-5pm.
The program is open to youth ages 7 and up.
The class description says:
Nourish your child's curiosity and creativity in this engaging arts-based STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) workshop series.
Each workshop in this series is unique and incorporates challenges and projects to teach fundamental concepts and skills across STEM subjects. We focus on hands-on, experiential learning, providing a holistic approach to education that includes soft skills, critical thinking, and building creative confidence.
Your child will have access to a variety of tools and materials used in hobbyist and professional careers in STEM fields.
