Saturday Storytime At Center For Urban Horticulture

We Love Birds Story Time

Miller Library, located in Laurelhurst at the UW Botanic Gardens (3501 NE 41st Street), is holding a story time on Saturday with a bird theme from 10:30-11:15am.

The information says:

Backyard birds star in all of our stories today. After the stories, children will have time to make a bird collage featuring habitat elements birds need, including water, food, and shelter.

Books to be read are:
NEST by Jorey Hurley
FLORA’S SURPRISE by Debi Gliori
LITTLE GREEN by Keith Baker

Story time is geared towards children ages 3 to 8 and celebrate gardens, plants and nature. All ages and their families are invited.
