Registration is underway for various Fall adult classes at the Laurelhurst Community Center. Register online, in-person at the Community Center Monday through Friday 9-2pm or by calling 684-7529.
Here are the details:
BARRE CONDITIONING Ages 18 and Older
This course features light weights and isometrics and is easy on the joints. Each class consists of exercises done at the barre and on the floor and incorporates Pilates, yoga, weights, stretching, and intense muscle work to fatigue. All levels welcome.

CORE AND MORE: PILATES AND YOGA Ages 18 and Older
This class is a slower pace with beginning level Pilates and Yoga; some light weights will be used at the end for upper body conditioning. Great class for all levels.

GENTLE YOGA Ages 18 and Older
This Hatha Yoga based slow flow class, is designed for all ages and all levels. Participants will enjoy a class the combines meditation, breath work and traditional yoga asana poses that encourage flexibility and strength.

This class teaches the classical Yang style Tai Chi and is designed both for beginning students and those with some experience.
