Monday Artist Lecture At Center For Urban Horticulture

UW Botanic Gardens’ Center for Urban Horticulture (3501 NE 41st Street) is having a class Monday from 7-8:30pm called "Botanizing Hope" taught by Lou Cabeen." 

The class information says:

Lou will share the sources of inspiration that led to her current body of work, currently on display at the Miller Library. She will also discuss her earlier work with environmental themes and her desire to make work that engages the current ecological crisis without being immobilized by despair. The materials and methods used to make the works in Botanizing Hope will be discussed an time to ask questions.
