SR Eastbound 520 Closed This Week-end

Plan ahead – eastbound SR 520 closed this weekend

This coming weekend, crews will close all eastbound lanes of SR 520 between Montlake Boulevard and 92nd Avenue Northeast.  

During the closure, crews will replace 1,750 lights illuminating the eastbound lanes beneath the SR 520 lids at Evergreen Point Road, 84th Avenue Northeast and 92nd Avenue Northeast. Crews already replaced the lights over the westbound lanes during a weekend closure earlier this month. 

Closure details:

• From 11 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, to 5 a.m. Monday, Dec. 3, all eastbound lanes and ramps of SR 520 will close between Montlake Boulevard and 92nd Avenue Northeast.
• Eastbound travelers should plan to take I-90 or go around Lake Washington.
• All westbound lanes and ramps will remain open throughout the weekend.
• The SR 520 trail will remain open.
