Windermere Sand Point and 1 Green Planet are holding a free Recycling Event tomorrow from 10-2pm in the Center for Spiritual Living parking lot (5801 Sand Point Way.)
Here is a list of the items that can be recycled at the event. For other items call or email to ask:
• Any electronics, working or not, whole or in part
• Appliances – washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc.
• Electronics – televisions, stereos, etc.
• Scrap metal, machinery – circuit boards, etc.• Computers (secure data destruction) – PCs,
monitors, etc.
• Batteries – car, computer, etc.
• Medical equipment
• Ink & toner•
• Paper & Cardboard
• Plastics
1 Green Planet, a non-profit, donates a portion of their proceeds to Childrens Hospital and several other organizations. They offer free drop-off recycling, as well as free pick-ups for the public. Call 425-996-3513 or email (info@1greenplanet.org) to schedule a pickup.
