Here are some statistics from last month:
  • 8 active listings, many of which were listed in October, resulting in more days on the market
  • 4 homes closed in November, the same number as November of last year
  • Median sales price in Laurelhurst last year was $1,940,000. This November was $2,420,000. Almost a $500,000 increase
Despite the increase in days on market prices remained strong, The takeaway is that buyers are out there, they want to buy homes in Laurelhurst, and are looking past the holidays to make their move.
