Do You Know The Young Teens Ringing Door Bells And Running Away On The Boulevard?

The Laurelhurst Blog received this information:

We are in the 3700 block of 43rd Avenue NE and January 5th and 6th a pack of young teens have come to our front door, rung the door bell and run away and hid behind the neighbors hedge or car. It is very frustrating
The first day, there were a total of 4 and I went out and saw them hiding. I first asked if they needed something and then told them to stop and not do it.
The second day, there were 2  who rang our doorbell around 2pm.  I went to the door and saw a taller boy in a red coat running very fast down around the corner and found the other one hiding in the neighbors yard behind their car.
One boy, with blonde hair, was wearing a grey sweatshirt that says "RBCA" on the left hand side," blue sweatpants, black mask and black adidas shoes. We have a picture to confirm the description of this male.
I asked why they are doing this and told them to stop or I would call the police and report them.
If you know this group of young teens or their parents, please ask them to stop disturbing neighbors.
