Possible Protest Tonight at Laurelhurst Playfield

LCC has heard through social media that there is a possible protest regarding Defunding the Police Department tonight at 8 p.m. at the Laurelhurst Playfield. We wanted to inform you so you and your families can plan accordingly.

A neighbor shared this information:

I have heard that the same group ENDD (Every Night Direct Demonstration) who  demonstrates every night and Cal Anderson Park in Capitol Hill is planning on demonstrating tonight in Laurelhurst Park at 8 PM. 

Then they plan to roam the neighborhood. I was told that we should bring in all garbage cans bins and try to park your cars off street if possible. The Seattle Police Department is planning on having a presence there tonight.
