Saturday Nearby Miller Library Storytime

Imagine a Treehouse Story Time

Miller Library, located in Laurelhurst at the Center for Urban Horticulture (3501 NE 41st Street), is holding a story time on Saturday with a garden friends ower theme from 10:30-11:15am.

The information says:
What do you need to make a treehouse? If these stories are any guide, the main ingredient (besides a tree) is your own imagination. After the stories, put your imagination to work on your own treehouse design.
Books to be read are:
CALL ME TREE by Maya Christina Gonzalez
OLIVER’S TREE by Kit Chase
EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A TREEHOUSE by Carter Higgins

Story time is geared towards children ages 3 to 8 and celebrates gardens, plants and nature. All ages and their families are invited.
