If you live in the home that you own, get your water from Seattle Public Utilities, and your toilet was installed before 2004, and you also meet income eligibility guidelines (all Utility Discount Program customers qualify), residents may call Sound Generations Minor Home Repair at 206-448-5751 to apply. Removal of the old toilet and installation of the new one is all free.
