Miller Library, located in Laurelhurst at the UW Botanic Gardens (3501 NE 41st Street), is holding a story time on Saturday with the theme of "Autumn Surprises" from 10:30-11:15am.

Three great books about outdoor surprises are our starting point today. After the stories, join us in the program room to plant calendula seeds and play a seasonal game.
Books to be read are:
SURPRISE IN THE MEADOW by Anna Vojtech
WHITE IS FOR BLUEBERRY by George Shannon
HOW BIG COULD YOUR PUMPKIN GROW? by Wendell Minor
Story time is geared towards children ages 3 to 8 and celebrate gardens, plants and nature. All ages and their families are invited. .
