Unknown Teenage Boy In Resident's Back Yard

Last night about 9:45pm, my daughter was driving into our back yard on the 3800 block of 42nd Avenue NE, when she noticed there was a young man walking in our fenced back yard.  

He ran off and didn’t turn around to show his face. He had shaggy strawberry blonde hair above his collar and was wearing a maroon sweatshirt with hood and grey sweat pants. He was medium build and about 5'8" to 5'10."

He may be casing the neighborhood looking for open windows or doors.
