Metro And WSDOT Seeking Input

Metro and WSDOT are seeking input on two separate issues.

Here is information:

Metro’s Customer Communications and Services team is seeking input from those who know best - our valued customers – about some of the services we provide.
You are invited to participate in a short survey about our services that you may have used. This survey covers the King County Metro customer service call center (206-553-3000), Pass Sales (at King Street Center or Westlake Station), and social media (Transit Alerts, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
We would like to know what you think we are doing well, and where we can find opportunities to improve.
Go here for the survey, which is fairly short with an expected completion time of 2 to 5 minutes.  It will direct you to questions that are pertinent to services you use or access. The survey is available until July 10.

You may have taken a previous 15 minutes to complete an exercise that will help us reorganize our website. We hope you can do so again or check this out for the first time.
The survey will ask you where you would expect to find different types of information, along with a few interview questions. There are no right or wrong answers – we just want to know how you think about the information.
