Yesterday, on June 28, my neighbor witnessed a man in a red Prius with License plate- AXP3651 - watching children playing on our street. When they went to the park he followed them.
He was also seen by another neighbor by St Stephens Church (4805 NE 45th Street).
No personal description of him was given.
