A 7,683 square foot waterfront Tudor home was recently listed on Webster Point for $14.9M.
The 5-bedroom, 4.75-bath, was designed by Arthur Loveless, who designed the Loveless Building in Capitol Hill and several University of Washington structures.
Kim Dales, an agent with Windermere, said the home was originally built for a prominent banker in Seattle and was purchased by the current owner in 1998.
The north wing was added about 10 years ago and includes a new kitchen and second larger master suite. There are carved beams in the sunken living room and boxed beam ceilings.
Downstairs is a large bonus recreation room that was originally used as a ballroom for entertaining.
Outside on the first patio leading down to the water is a beautiful ceramic tile fountain. There is also a sport court leading to the private waterfront with a firepit and multi-boat dock.
