Take the 2017-2022 Strategic Plan Update Customer Survey

Have you ever wondered what your utility is up to? 


Seattle City Light's Strategic Plan is a progress report on the future of your electric service. The plan reflects the utility's current conditions, incorporates necessary adjustments and highlights the utility's progress.
 
Every two years, City Light revisits and updates the plan. The Strategic Plan's foundation remains unchanged for the 2016 update in order to maintain current levels of service while planning for a challenging future.
 
Throughout the strategic planning process, City Light strives to build community engagement and collect input from customers.
