April Neighborhood Patrol Activity Report And Seattle Police Crime Report

Below are two separate reports for April.

 

The first is the Neighborhood Private Security Patrol activity report (subscribe here) provided by the Laurelhurst Community Club.

Laurelhurst Private Security Patrol Activity Report:

 

Date	Patrol Activity
4/1	Responded with SPD to report of suspicious male looking into cars around 8:15pm in the area of NE45th and 48th Ave.  No suspect located
4/2	Responded to question from a neighbor regarding if SPD had background checks before being assigned to the patrol (Yes Seattle Police undergo extensive background checks prior to employment - No we do not do a background check on any Seattle Police Officers assigned to our patrols).  11pm moved group of young adults out of the park having a party at the bonfire
4/4	Cleared car from Beach Club areas
4/13	3100 W Laurelhurst Dr NE found door ajar during vacation check of a Patrol Subscriber.  Called alarm company and determined wind blew door open and per the owner ok to shut the door. Moved group of teens out of the park late at night
4/15	Removed group of teens in park late at night
4/22	Responded with SPD at 9pm to residential burglary call in progress from alarm company.  Suspects not found but some computer items were taken.
4/23	Moved group of teens out of the park
4/25	Made contact with a transient male in the park and contacted Parks Department
