I wish I could say the market is picking up for buyers but city- wide the inventory is down 40% from this time last year. Very quiet January.

The good news is that interest rates, although threatening to go up, have not and in fact jumbo loans have been even lower that 30 year fixed. 

If you are thinking about listing your home this spring you should be in an excellent position.
