Happy summer everyone! July listings, and our weather were very similar this year. Low inventory, and very low precipitation. Only 4 new listings in July. I think this is possibly a historical low for our neighborhood.
As you can see below, we did have 6 homes move into the Pending column, but only 4 homes closed with a lower median price point than usual. It makes you wonder if our unprecedented warm weather distracted both buyers and sellers a bit. Just too hot to list and too hot to tour homes!
We continue to have a large number of buyers vying for a home meaning multiple offers especially in Laurelhurst.
