Sign-Up Now For Women's Free Self-Defense Class Offered By Children's Hospital

Dear Laurelhurst Neighbors,

 

I would like to invite you to a free Self-Defense class on Saturday, June 13th, from 4-7pm on campus.  

Seattle Children's Security is sponsoring the SABRE self defense class for women and teens.  Participants will receive a Pepper Spray certification.   

Our instructor, retired Wenatchee Police Officer Guy Miner is one of the best in the state and is an outstanding instructor.   

I will add that the feedback from people who have taken this class has been uniformly positive. Attendees get hands on experience  

Space is limited to 12 students, so early registration is recommended. To register simply email me at jim.sawyer@seattlechildrens.org or call  206-987-6213.  

The class will be held in room M115 in the Brett Boone Modular in lot 4.  The class will also practice in our parking lot areas.
