February Laurelhurst Real Estate Summary

As you can see from the February activity it was a very, very quiet month in Laurelhurst. Only 2 new listings and one sold in 6 days! The market is so seller - centric right now. Either everyone is waiting until spring to list, or no one is moving!

I have been getting calls from desperate buyers who are actually writing down addresses of homes that are doing yard work or visible repairs, and asking if I think the home will be coming on the market soon!
