The Laurelhurst Blog received this information:
We live on the 4700 block of NE 45th Street near 48th Avenue NE and our locked car was broken into on February 13, sometime between 11pm-6am, while parked in our driveway.
They pried open the back of the car to get in, and disconnected the battery to prevent the alarm from sounding. We had no valuables in the car, so nothing was taken.
