Suspicious Man On Bike On 51st Avenue NE

We received this information:

On October 8 at 5:40pm while walking our evening route, we noticed a suspicious looking man on a bike slowly riding southbound at the 4200 block on 51st Avenue NE.   He seemed more than interested to be looking at the homes on our block.

He was riding a white bike without a helmet.  He had reddish brown hair (partially bald on top), appeared to be in his early thirties, and was wearing sandals. 

He had a camouflage backpack.  He did stop at the neighbors driveway and most probably was checking to see through the windows in the garage door, if there were any cars in the garage.  When he saw us, he rode off down the street.
