The Center For Urban Horticulture (3501 NE 41st Street) is holding its popular preschool "Fiddleheads Parent/Child Nature Classes starting tomorrow running Tuesdays-Fridays through August 15 from 10-noon.

The information says:
Join us for a Fiddleheads Parent & Child Nature Class and make connections with the natural world that will last a lifetime.
Through science-based exploration and outdoor play preschoolers and their caregivers will experience the UW Botanic Gardens using their senses.
Each week of class is based on a different learning theme and features hands-on activities, hiking, games, stories and crafts.
Above all, we will explore and let the natural curiosity of the young ones direct our adventures. Themes include “Fun in the Sun”, “Wind and Air”, “Reptiles”, “Seeds, Fruits, and Nuts”, and the surprisingly popular “Bugs and Slugs”.

Classes are $18 for 1 child and 1 adult. Additional children are $9, and additional adults are free.
