Roosevelt High School, the reference school for Laurelhurst, is holding a co-ed Soccer Camp for ages 6-13 next week from 10-2pm at the school. The cost is $47.

Each player will work with the Roosevelt High School Coaching Staff and School Players on Technique in Attacking, Defending, and Goalkeeping Skills, with mini games to conclude each session. Players will be put into teams, and coached in a way RHS conducts their team strategy and training for its boys team.
The funds raised will be used primarily for hiring coaches, gear and uniforms for the three teams run each year, of which not enough money school athletici team does not fully cover.
This is the first year the team is holding a summer camp. The last few years they have offered a Spring Break Camp and was run under a different coach.
Head Coach, Gary hunter was new to the RHS program this year and is donating his time to host the week long camp.
