Peak Water Rates Now In Effect Through September 15

Seattle Public Utilities is now charging peak water rates through September 15th.

This means that in the tiered billing structure the rate increases from $4.99 to $11.20 at the highest usage level.  The water surcharge started May 15.

Here are the new rates:

Up to 5 CCF per month	$5.13
Next 13 CCF per month	$6.34
Over 18 CCF per month	$11.80
