We had a bit of a slow start last month to the spring housing market with only 7 new listings but, in our true fashion if a home is priced correctly it will sell!
As noted in our average days on market (DOM), it was just 7 days. The average sold price continues to $1,528,636 for sold homes.
This month there is an up click in new listings with many buyers focused on moving to our neighborhood. And with the improved weather, it appears that sellers are now ready to place their homes on the market.
