Magnuson Nature Programs Offering Free Docent Training Tomorrow

Magnuson Park  Nature Programs is holding free nature docent training tomorrow as well as on March 29th. 

 

Docents and educators provide hands-on learning experiences for children and adults in a  variety of programs, including nature walks, preschool and after-school classes, field trips, special events, stewardship projects and camps.

 

The information says:

Magnuson Park is home to hundreds of species of birds, insects, plants, and animals, and a wonderful place to learn about nature.
If you enjoy being out in nature and would like to assist in guiding others through experiential learning, we welcome you to join this vibrant volunteer program! All ages and experience are welcome.
