Sign Up Now For "Lifelong Recreation" Exercise Classes For Over 50

Cheryl, Recreation Specialist with Seattle Parks' Lifelong Recreation, would like to remind readers 50 and over about the ongoing classes at the Laurelhurst Community Center:

Early Bird Aerobics: Monday and Wednesday 7:35 – 8:35 am
Gentle Yoga: Monday 8:45 – 9:45 am
Aerobics: Thursday 8:45 – 9:45 am
Gentle Yoga: Thursday 5 – 6 pm
Stretch and Strength: Friday 7:45 – 8:45 am
