Sign Up Now For Thursday Morning Toddler Art Classes At The Community Center

Katrina Strand, a Laurelhurst mom, is teaching an art class for  18 months to 5 years old for the next three Thursdays at 10am at the Laurelhurst Community Center.

Katrina told us that "We will create art projects based in fine art techniques like printmaking and water color painting but at a child safe level. It's a fun interactive class where the caregiver accompanies the child."

Katrina double-majored in Fashion Design and Apparel Merchandising and holds degrees from Purdue and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She has an art minor from Purdue and has taught art to young children while in High School and College.
