Laurelhurst continues to have very low inventory, which equals a low sales volume. One interesting statistic is that homes that have been on the market for an extended period of time are now selling and relatively close to their initial listing price.
The home down by the Beach Club listed for $2,100,000 ended up selling after 190 days on the market for $2,000,000. This was an all cash offer which closed in 10 days.
Buyers continue to clamor for homes, desperate to purchase in our neighborhood, they are even sending letters personally or via their Realtor to homeowners. ). If you are a homeowner toying with the idea of selling your home this would be a very good time.
