Neighbor Reports Man Trying To Climb Through Window On Boulevard

We received this email:

Early Tuesday morning around 3am, August 12th, at the block of 43rd Avenue NE  and NE 42nd Street, a man was awoken by his barking dogs.

He got up to investigate and saw a hooded individual run off. His kitchen window was pulled open and a box was placed under the windowsill as the individual tried to climb through the window.
