How To Create Reclaimed Art Glass Pieces Class At Center For Urban Horticulture On August 24






















The Center for Urban Horticulture (3501 NE 41st Street) is having a class called "Garden Craft: Hanging Glass" next Saturday, August 24, from 9-11am. The class fee is $30.

The information says:
Artist Rosemary Baker will show you the basics of creating reclaimed glass art pieces. She will introduce the necessary materials used in glass crafting, and show you the mechanics and steps of creating colorful pieces for your garden or window.  
See examples of ornaments and sun catchers to inspire you to explore new shapes, colors and combinations of stained glass. Participants will make a small piece of art to take home. Rosemary will also show participants where and how to find your own materials so you can continue this new craft!
