Several Cars Vandalised Last Thursday Evening

A reader sent us this email about car vandalism at Ivanhoe Place and NE 54th Street:

Thursday night, June 6th,  or very early Friday morning, along NE 54th Street,  an unlocked truck was riffled. The owners  left the truck unlocked to prevent damage if someone wanted into the truck.

A locked car had the back window broken to remove contents.  

A blue bottle was thrown against a club locked SUV. The car window was not broken but glass was around the car, under the car and on the parking strip.  

I was up until midnight and did not hear anything. It must have happened early in the morning.  Do not leave anything in the car that looks interesting.
