Hospital Completing NE 45th Street Sidewalk Work This Week

Work has been going on to demolish and replace the sidewalk on NE 45th Street between 40th Avenue NE and the Hospital plaza walkway, across from 43rd Avenue NE, near the new park on the corner.

Laura, with the Hospital told us:

The sidewalk was not damaged during construction. The sidewalk is being replaced under a separate permit from Building Hope because of its deteriorated and uneven surface.

The sidewalk in the work area should open again sometime next week. The rest of the sidewalk on NE 45th Street remains open.
