I was jogging at Laurelhurst Park around 9:30 last night (Thursday evening) and saw an SUV driving from the parking lot out onto the running trail, then out on the play field.
They spotted me and drove off in a hurry. Figured it was somebody's teenaged kids.
It was a dark colored older SUV, Washington plates: 390 R*E.
