June Laurelhurst Real Estate Summary

June was a rather quiet month in Laurelhurst. Last June there were 8 properties on the market this June only 2! Pending and Sold properties were up considerably this year vs last with 2 vs 1 Pending last year and 7 vs 3 Solds.

Once again low inventory and low interest rates are fueling our real estate recovery.  Enjoy the beautiful weather!
