Suspicious Person Seen on 4100 Block Of 42nd Avenue NE

We received this email from a reader:

It is 5:30pm on June 28th,  and we just got home on 42nd Avenue NE and NE 41st Street and a man with long hair, back pack and blue shirt was on my property after I saw him going to a neighbor's house and looking at that house.  He continued looking at other houses.  

He stood on the sidewalk as I came out of our garage and waited for me to leave it seemed.  But I started toward him and he went down the street south of NE 41st Street. It did not look as if he belonged in this area.
