There is a guy we saw walking down Surber Drive Friday night at 7:30pm along the waterfront and down 42nd Avenue NE. He walked by our house three times and walked into the driveway of a home across the street looked into a bed of a pick up truck and then walked back to the sidewalk. It appeared as if he was looking to steal something so be on the look out. He was wearing blue jeans thin and light brown hair.
My husband called the police after following him to Five Corners and the man ducked into the parking lot. The police officer said he couldn't do anything.
