Reader Reports Another Car Prowl On NE 41st Street

We received this email from a reader about a car break-in on April 30th:

I came out to my car in the driveway in front of my house on NE 41st Street off 47th Avenue. I do not usually lock the car (now I do), and noticed an inside light was on because the door was not properly closed. 

The glovebox and another compartment was open and my GPS mounted on the windshield and the power cord were gone. 

I filed a police report. Since I do not use this car every day so the prowl must have happened within a couple of days of my noticing the missing item. 

I would suggest that readers lock their cars.
