50+ Class Fitness Classes May Be Cancelled

One of our readers, Nancy, wrote to us to say that the Age 50+ classes for Aerobics and Strength Training are in jeapordy of being cancelled due to not enough students. 

"This is very sad as many of our residents, who do not drive walk to these classes.  I have taken them for several years and find them excellent. Let's keep our center open for all ages," Nancy told us.

Here are the classes offered that run until March:

Thursdays  8:45am to 9:45am
Low impact class to improve cardio/strength.

Strength & Conditioning
# 78627
Fridays 8am to 9am
First half is aerobic warm up, second half is learning strength building.
