Registration for Fall Fitness Classes At Laurelhurst Community Center Underway


Registration is currently underway for several fitness classes for adults and kids at the Laurelhurst Community Center. You can register on-line or call 684-7026.

Body Conditioning
This class consists of light weights, cardio, core exercises, bands and tubing to tune and strengthen your body.  Particpants need to bring 5 lb. weights to class. (10/3 sessions)

Mat Pilates
The class includes upper and lower body exercises and balance techniques. Participants must have taken beginner class to register for intermediate/ advanced class.

Taekgyeon for Kids  Ages: 6 – 14
If you have heard of TAE KWON DO then you will love Taekgyeon the parent martial art of TKD. Develop focus, discipline, strength, flexibility, a strong person, and MORE in a welcoming, cooperative environment. No class 10/31. (23 sessions)
