Art Classes For Young Ones Start Tomorrow At The Laurelhurst Community Center

Katrina Strand, a mom who lives in Laurelhurst, has 3 spaces left in her art class for chldren from 18 months to 5 years old, that starts tomorrow at the Laurelhurst Community Center. 

The description for her class series called  "Create Art with Kids" says:

This will be a fun 8 week introduction to art and its different forms.  This session we will be continuing our exploration of art techniques through all new projects in print making, painting and drawing.  Parents or caregivers are required to attend this class with their children. 
Katrina double-majored in Fashion Design and Apparel Merchandising and holds degrees from Purdue and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She has an art minor from Purdue and has taught art to young children while in High School and College. She currently stays home with her two young children.

The classes meet weekly through November 17th.  The fee is $79 for the 8 weeks of classes which are 45 minutes per class.
