July Laurelhurst Real Estate Summary

Summer finally arrived half way through July and with that a decrease in listed homes, typical for summer in
Seattle.

Many of you inquired about the short sale home on 47th Avenue NE, especially regarding the “foot high” grass!
I’m sure you will all be relieved that the home finally closed at a sales price of $445,000. Welcome new
neighbors.

As a follow up to those of you that have oil heat, if you haven't already, please make sure to get your tank
insured through PLIA the Washington State Pollution Liability Agency. A tank must be insured for at least a
year for you to qualify for their coverage if you discover an oil leak.
