Free Chinese New Year Celebration at Laurelhurst Wu Hsing Tao School

Wu Hsing Tao School at the Talaris Campus in Laurelhurst (4000 NE 41st Street ) is having their 5th Annual Chinese New Year Celebration on Saturday from 2:00-5:00pm

It's "a celebration to bring peace and prosperity into the New Year!" their website says.

 

Here is the schedule of activities throughout the afternoon.:

 

• 2:30pm: Kung Fu Demo. by Seattle Sil Lum Kung Fu
• 3:00pm: Lion Dance by Master Mak Hin Fai
• 3:30pm: Community Drumming
• 4:00pm: Chinese Astrology Forecast

 

There will also be:

 

• Chinese Calligraphy
• Mask-Making
• Chair Massage 
• Raffle & Door Prizes
