"A Year Of Seattle Parks" Blogger Visits Laurelhurst
One of our staffers stumbled upon this site, A Year of Seattle Parks, in which the blogger tries to visit every park, all 403, in one year.
And this week the blogger, Linnea Westerlind, visited the " Laurelhurst Triangle" (pictured above) located at 46th Avenue NE and East Laurelhurst Drive.
"Follow Laurelhurst Dr. N.E. south, and you'll probably pass this park without a second thought. The only thing to note in this traffic circle park is the enormous tree, perhaps an oak or elm, that towers over the street," the blog entry says.
Last week-end, she visited the Laurelhurst Playfield, commonly called the park, ballfields and playground.
Last week we posted about a similar blog in which the bloggers visit various stairways around the city.
