June was a bit quieter than May with only 5 new listings, perhaps it was the total lack of sunshine. On a positive note 4 properties went pending in less than two weeks! Here is to great summer in Laurelhurst. I hope everyone enjoys the Park, the Beach Club and our incredible neighborhood.
