2nd Children's Standing Advisory Committe Hospital Expansion Meeting Tomorrow Night

Tomorrow evening at 6:15pm is the second meeting of the Standing Advisory Committee (SAC), formerly the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC), which in their new role will advise the City and Children’s Hospital on the development that will occur under the stipulations of the new Children’s Hospital Major Institution Master Plan (MIMP).

The meeting will start with a tour at 5:45pm of the areas of the Hospital affected by the connections to the revised phase I development.

Phase I includes proposed move of the helicopter landing pad closer to NE 45th Street, rather than Sand Point Way, along with some other development. This will be one of the topics discussed.

After, the meeting will start with the following items on the agenda:

• brief presentation on the revised designs for phase I development and viewing of the model
• public comment on Phase 1 design (6:40pm)
• SAC members discussion and deliberations on its preliminary comments to the proposed phase I development
